Bernd Blume, Diplominformatiker (graduated computer scientist), is the sole member of the board of management of the company founded in 1999 and operating as an AG since June 2000. He started his professional career as project manager with IBM and later advanced to the position of project leader for Telecommunication. Bernd Blume completed a further professional station at o.tel.o where he acted as head of the business unit Operational Support Systems.

Dietmar Ziemann, Diplominformatiker (graduated computer scientist), is authorized representative of the Xionet AG and thus member of the enlarged managing board. He acts as Senior IT-Management Consultant and Delivery Manager for telecommunication companies. During the founding years he assumed responsibility for the field product development Customer Self Care. Before his change-over to Xionet AG in 2000 he was acting as project leader of international IT-projects and as project management coach all over Europe.

Michael Korn
Michael Korn is head of sales and thus the central contact for all Xionet-clients. He made significant contributions to the creation of the Identity Management field. Before he joined Xionet his marketing engagement was focused on two IBM Premium Partners. Michael Korn led one of them to becoming a Premium Partner with special award. Beforehand, he worked as Senior Consultant with a large energy provider.

Peter Volkmer, Diplomkaufmann (graduation comparable to MBA), is responsible for the business fields OSS/BSS, Web/Portal Applications and Solution Support and in addition for the Xionet Delivery Management on an interim basis. Before he joined Xionet, as Project Manager he was leading major projects at the ExperTeam Ltd. in the fields communication technology, health care system and aerial photo based navigation systems. Before that he was head of development at the EDS Communication Systems Ltd.

For five years Guido Ellrich has been working for the Xionet AG as Test Manager with Vodafone in the fields E2E, integration and system testing. Before, he acted as Project Leader for several clients in the telecommunication industry in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Further professional stations of Guido Ellrich outside of Xionet were Project Manager at Postbank, IT-Project Manager at o.tel.o and Software Engineer at the PSI AG.

He possesses long-time management experience with IT and consulting companies. Before Edward Adelowo joined Xionet, he worked as head of Business Strategy, Profit and Loss Support at the TelesenKSCL AG and as head of Consulting at the bluvo AG.
