Arrival per train
The main station in Bochum lies within a five-minute walking distance to us. For orientation, please look at the map of the Bochum city center. The station is frequented by many regional and long distance trains. Timetable and price information are available on the homepage of the German railway.

Arrival per plane
The nearest supraregional airports are in Düsseldorf (Airport Düsseldorf International) and Dortmund (Dortmund Airport).
From the Düsseldorf airport you can get to us per bus or railway, by a hired car or by cab.

From the Dortmund airport you can get to us per bus and railway, by a hired car or cab. Information about hired cars and timetables are available at the airport-homepage under the column Journey and Orientation. From the airport you can reach the main station by train to Dortmund and from there to Bochum.

Take the exit "Bochum-Zentrum" (from A40) or "Bochum-Universität" (from A43). A detailed description how to get here can be found below.

A40: From the exit "Bochum-Zentrum", follow the Herner Straße towards the centre. Then turn left to the Northern ring and follow its course. The Northern ring automatically leads into the Eastern ring. Please follow the signs towards main station (Hauptbahnhof). At the junction in front of the main station on the right hand you will find the Massenbergstraße. There are good parking facilities in the underground parking Massenbergstraße.

Alternatively you can take the A43 exit "Bochum Querenburg/Universität" towards university and follow the Universitätsstraße until the Southern ring/Kurt-Schumacher-Platz. Turn right into the Kurt-Schumacher-Platz. Pass the station and at the next traffic lights and turn left into the underground parking Massenbergstraße.
